Cham Business needed a clear public site. People in Rwanda had to understand loan types, amounts, and how to apply, without the site looking informal.
What we built
We designed and built chambusiness.org: loan products (plots/house, emergency, business, personal, salary, car), a simple 3-step apply path, and WhatsApp/phone contact throughout.
- Loan product pages for plots/house, emergency, business, personal, salary, and car loans
- A 3-step apply path: check eligibility, fill in details, submit
- WhatsApp and phone contact built into every page, not just a footer link
- Plain-language explanations of loan terms, amounts, and requirements
- A layout that reads as credible to a customer or a procurement officer
